Unless otherwise stated, all products whether fresh or frozen will be supplied vacuum packed. A fair amount of the frozen products are supplied free flow - This means that you can take as much product as needed, without defrosting a whole pack.

Each pack will be labelled once packed, indicating the product description, the storage guide information & the best before date. This date will depend on whether the product selected is requested fresh or frozen.

Please ensure all packaging is removed and disposed, before cooking or eating.

Deliveries are made via our own temperature controlled transport, using insulated, recyclable boxes.

In rare cases, a courier may be used to deliver your order. The items would then be packaged in a polystyrene box, filled with frozen ice gel packs to ensure product temperature is maintained throughout delivery.
