Items such as joints and steaks, require you to select the desired weight from a drop-down menu shown on the associated product page. If you wish to order the same item twice, but with a different weight, for example - a 1kg joint of topside, and a 2kg joint of topside, simply add the first joint to your cart, then go back to the same item, choose the weight, and add that to your cart also.

Once you have built up your order, click on the "Checkout" button to begin completion of your order.

Please be aware of the FROZEN identifier. This indicates whether the product is sold frozen, or can be FROZEN for you.
If you wish your whole order to be supplied frozen, place a "Check" in the FROZEN box when completing your order. Otherwise if you only want part of your order frozen, simply enter your requirements into the "Comments" section of your order, during checkout.

If required, products will then be blast frozen, down to at least -18C prior to dispatch. This will ensure that the products are delivered to you in the best possible condition. The products will have been frozen so fast, that the freshness will be retained, ensuring excellent shelflife for your own storage. If unsure, we suggest that you request that the products are Frozen, as we expect that you as the customer will freeze some or all of the products when received. using our method, you are guaranteed that the products will have been frozen in the best possible conditions.
